Product Description:
Drive-in Racking is a high-density storage system featuring through-type aisles. Supported by uprights and load-bearing beams, the rack creates continuous access lanes for forklifts to drive directly in. Operations follow the Last-In, First-Out (LIFO) principle. The system significantly boosts space utilization and is ideal for high-volume, low-variety inventory storage, widely used in food & beverage, cold chain, manufacturing, FMCG, and other bulk warehousing scenarios.
Features:
• High-Density Storage: Integrated aisle design allows forklifts to reach racks directly, significantly increasing space utilization.
• High-Volume Efficiency: Optimized for large-quantity, few-SKU inventory to improve handling efficiency.
• Structurally Stable: High-strength connections between uprights and beams, plus cross and diagonal bracings, ensure superior rigidity.
• Flexible Configuration: Aisle widths can be customized to fit different forklift models for versatile operations.
• Rust-Resistant: Constructed with cold-rolled steel and finished with pickling, phosphating, and electrostatic powder coating.
• Safety Compliant: Built to warehousing safety standards with stable load-bearing capacity per layer.
Applications:
• Food & Beverage: Bulk storage of beer, beverages, dairy products, and frozen foods.
• Cold Chain: High-density storage in cold storage and refrigerated warehouses.
• FMCG & Retail: Palletized storage of daily necessities, tobacco, alcohol, and cosmetics.
• Manufacturing: Bulk handling of raw materials, semi-finished products, profiles, and pipes.
• Agriculture & Construction: Organized storage of feed, fertilizers, boards, and pipes.
• E-commerce Logistics: Full-case restocking and bulk sorting in distribution centers.
